FeedPe is a brand operated by Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited.
1. Platform role
FeedPe provides tools for independent creators to create pages, publish content, offer products or access, collect supported payments, and serve customers. Creators—not Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited—select, create, describe, price, and supply the products, content, advice, services, or community access they offer unless FeedPe expressly states otherwise.
2. No endorsement of creator content
The presence of a creator, product, page, statement, link, or offer on FeedPe does not mean we endorse it. Views and claims made by creators are their own. We do not guarantee that creator content is accurate, complete, current, lawful, suitable, or of a particular quality.
3. Not professional advice
Content available through FeedPe may discuss business, finance, health, law, education, or other specialist subjects. Unless expressly identified otherwise, neither creator content nor general Platform information is professional advice from FeedPe. You should use your own judgment and consult an appropriately qualified professional where a decision could materially affect you.
4. Transactions with creators
Customers are responsible for reviewing an offer, creator details, price, access terms, refund terms, and suitability before purchasing. A creator is responsible for fulfilling their offer and for representations they make to customers. FeedPe may facilitate parts of the transaction or access workflow without becoming the creator or supplier of that offer.
5. Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to or work with payment providers, banks, social platforms, Telegram, storage services, or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
6. Availability and results
We work to keep FeedPe useful and available, but the Platform may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable. We do not promise a particular level of sales, audience growth, income, conversion, or other result from using FeedPe. Examples, interface previews, and educational material are illustrative and are not guarantees of future performance.
7. Reporting concerns
We may review or remove content, restrict access, or take other action where content appears to violate law or our policies. This does not create a duty to monitor every page or communication. If you believe content is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringes your rights, please report it with enough detail for us to review.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FeedPe and Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limitedare not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance on creator content, third-party services, or decisions made using Platform information. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
