Terms and Conditions

FeedPe is a brand operated by Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office at FC 76-A, Narayan Sarovar, Sukhiya, Sanganer Bazar, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029, India. FeedPe currently operates through https://feedpe.com and related pages, dashboards, purchase flows, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, publishing an offer, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use FeedPe for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to open a creator account or use features involving payments, settlements, or commercial activity. You must not use the Platform if applicable law prohibits you from doing so or if we have previously suspended you from FeedPe.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account, identity, business, tax, and settlement information when requested.
• Keep your email, phone, devices, verification codes, and account access secure. Activity through your account may be treated as authorised by you.
• Do not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not entitled to use, sell an account, or maintain duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions.
• Notify us promptly at support@feedpe.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

We may request verification before activating, restoring, or continuing access to certain features.

3. FeedPe services

FeedPe provides technology for creating and managing digital products, courses, locked content, paid Telegram communities, storefront pages, coupons, customers, purchases, referrals, and related creator workflows. Features may vary by account, plan, location, verification status, product type, payment-provider availability, or changes to the Platform.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will use reasonable means to communicate material changes that significantly affect an active paid service.

4. Creator responsibilities

A creator using FeedPe to publish or sell an offer must:

• have all rights, licences, permissions, qualifications, and approvals needed for the content, product, service, brand, and claims they publish;
• describe the offer, price, access period, delivery, eligibility, restrictions, refund position, and material limitations accurately;
• deliver the purchased offer and provide reasonable customer support;
• comply with consumer, tax, advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, data-protection, and other laws applicable to their activity;
• handle customer information only for legitimate purposes connected to the transaction or a valid permission; and
• keep product information and availability up to date.

Creators are independent users of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between a creator and FeedPe.

5. Customer purchases

A customer should review the creator, product description, price, delivery or access terms, and refund terms before purchasing. Unless FeedPe expressly identifies itself as the seller, the creator is responsible for the offer and its fulfilment. FeedPe may provide the page, checkout, payment facilitation, delivery, account access, or communication workflow supporting the transaction.

6. Payments, fees, settlements, and taxes

• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are also subject to their terms, verification requirements, and availability.
• Applicable Platform, subscription, payment-processing, convenience, maintenance, or other disclosed charges may be deducted or collected as presented before the relevant transaction.
• Settlements may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or adjusted where required for verification, reserves, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, negative balances, provider rules, or law.
• Creators are responsible for determining and meeting their tax, invoicing, reporting, and registration obligations. FeedPe may collect or report information where legally required.

Pricing, supported payment methods, settlement timing, and provider availability can change. The current information shown in the relevant Platform flow controls for that transaction.

7. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid FeedPe plans may renew automatically at the frequency shown when purchased until cancelled. Cancellation ordinarily stops a future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

Refunds for a creator’s product or service are primarily the responsibility of that creator, subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and any refund terms disclosed for the offer.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use FeedPe to create, upload, promote, sell, transmit, or facilitate:

• unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity;
• content or products that infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• malware, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance, spam, platform manipulation, or interference with security or operation;
• regulated or restricted products or services without all approvals and without FeedPe’s written acceptance where required;
• misleading earnings, health, financial, educational, or performance claims; or
• attempts to bypass fees, verification, access controls, account limits, payment rules, or enforcement measures.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limiteda non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, adapt for technical display, and make that content available only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Platform and to fulfil your instructions.

FeedPe, its software, interface, brand, documentation, and original Platform content are owned by or licensed to Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Reports and enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, restrict a feature, withhold a settlement where permitted, suspend an account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, payment systems, the Company, or the Platform; comply with law or provider requirements; or enforce these Terms. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where lawfully required.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FeedPe and may request account closure, subject to pending transactions, disputes, balances, retention obligations, and technical limitations. Termination does not erase obligations or liabilities arising before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, sales volume, income, audience growth, or that every error or third-party interruption will be corrected immediately. 13. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from the Platform, creator content, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, offers, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or dispute with your customer, except to the extent caused by the Company’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a formal proceeding, please contact us so the parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts located in [JURISDICTION] will have jurisdiction.

15. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a restructuring, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Platform. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and applicable product or plan terms, constitute the agreement concerning your use of FeedPe.
