Refund and Cancellation Policy

FeedPe is a brand operated by Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid FeedPe subscriptions or Platform charges collected byEarlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited, and explains our role when a customer buys a product, content, course, or community access from an independent creator through FeedPe.

2. Cancelling a FeedPe subscription

A paid FeedPe subscription may renew automatically at the billing frequency shown at purchase until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal using the available account or third-party subscription controls, where applicable, or by contacting us at support@feedpe.com.

Cancellation stops a future renewal after it is processed. You will ordinarily retain access to the paid service until the end of the billing period already paid for. Deleting an account may immediately remove access and may forfeit unused paid time.

3. Refunds for FeedPe subscriptions and charges

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, paid FeedPe subscription charges are non-refundable once billed. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for an unused portion of a billing cycle, failure to use the service, downgrades, or account deletion.

Disclosed payment-processing, convenience, maintenance, setup, or similar charges are also non-refundable once the associated service has been supplied, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Purchases from creators

Creators using FeedPe are independent sellers of their own digital products, courses, content, services, and community access. The creator is responsible for describing and fulfilling the offer and for stating any refund or cancellation terms that apply to it. FeedPe may facilitate payment or delivery without becoming the seller of that creator’s offer.

A customer seeking a refund for a creator’s offer should first contact the creator using the contact details or support route shown for the purchase. FeedPe does not automatically provide or fund refunds on behalf of creators. We may assist with a transaction record, technical access issue, or refund workflow where available.

5. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charges

If you believe a FeedPe charge was duplicated, processed for an incorrect amount, or was unauthorised, contact us promptly with the account email or phone, transaction reference, date, amount, and an explanation. We may request verification and may coordinate with the creator or payment provider before determining the appropriate action.

6. Failed delivery or access

If a successful purchase does not provide the expected access, contact the creator and FeedPe support with the relevant order information. We will use reasonable efforts to help identify a technical delivery issue. Assistance with access does not itself create a right to a refund where the purchased content or access can still be supplied.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Payment disputes and chargebacks are also subject to payment-provider and banking rules. Creators may be responsible for disputed amounts, chargeback fees, negative balances, or supporting evidence connected to their transactions. FeedPe may restrict settlements or account functions while a dispute, fraud review, or negative balance remains unresolved, where permitted.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Platform, payment-provider rules, or applicable requirements. The policy displayed at the time of the relevant charge, together with any offer-specific terms, will be considered when reviewing a request.
