FeedPe is operated by Earlycaves Software Solutions Private Limited, CIN U62090RJ2025PTC100730, with its registered office at FC 76-A, Narayan Sarovar, Sukhiya, Sanganer Bazar, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029, India. In this policy, “FeedPe”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that entity. Our current production website is available at https://feedpe.com.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use our website, creator dashboard, customer-facing product pages, checkout flows, content experiences, and related support services (together, the “Platform”).

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, username, login verification information, and account preferences.
• Creator and business information: profile details, business category, address, tax or settlement details, bank account information, and information needed to activate payment features.
• Identity verification information: government-issued identifiers or documents, photographs, and related information where verification is required.
• Content and product information: files, images, videos, audio, course material, descriptions, pricing, customer fields, messages, and other content you choose to upload or publish.
• Transaction information: order details, product purchased, amount, payment status, refunds or disputes, invoices, settlement records, and related customer information.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting support, submitting a form, or otherwise communicating with us.

Information collected automatically

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, pages or features used, referring pages, diagnostic logs, cookie or similar identifier data, and approximate location inferred from technical information. Where a feature needs camera, microphone, or file access, your device will request permission before that access is used.

Creators independently decide what they publish and may request customer information through their product pages. A creator may therefore act independently in relation to information they receive from customers. Third-party sites, payment services, social platforms, or integrations have their own terms and privacy practices; this policy does not govern those third parties.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is held. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.
